Our honey travels a short, honest road — from hillside apiaries tucked into oak and rhododendron forests, straight into your jar. It is never heated, never pasteurised, and never filtered beyond a simple straining. That is why the colour, aroma and taste change gently with the season and the flowers in bloom. If your jar crystallises, that is not a fault — it is proof of raw honey. Simply place the jar in warm water and it returns to liquid gold.
