The story
Gulkand is one of the oldest preserves of the Indian kitchen. Fresh rose petals are layered with mishri and matured slowly so the petals soften into a rich, jammy preserve with a deep floral aroma. Our Mishri Gulkand keeps it simple — petals, mishri, and time. No artificial flavour, no synthetic colour.
